We at The Designer’s Rack, Inc want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to work with our customers for the return or exchange of unused products within 30 days of receipt**. The items must be in new condition (not used or worn), in their original packaging and hang/price tags attached. (Note: Clearance and Sale Items are FINAL SALE.)
Please contact us at 708-846-7310 or e-mail us at rackinfo@thedesignersrack.com to notify us of the return and to receive a RGA (Return Goods Authorization ). The original shipping costs and costs incurred for the return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Please inspect your order with in 48 hours of receipt for damages.
